Intermittent slow response

There were intermittent slow responses from around 1pm to 2pm across the platform caused by a network issue affecting one of the search servers. This has now been resolved.
Difficulty uploading files

several customers reporting slow processing on site and an inability to upload files. Initial investigation points to a low level network issue.
